“Beautiful hotel with lots of character. Stunning lake view from the room. Really good breakfast. Just a few little details missing, i.e. removing glasses from tables, especially outside and a bit more attention the cleaning up the garden area further down. ”

“Room was clean and refurbished but let down by the bathroom
The toilet was badly located and toiletries insufficient ( particularly as there was nowhere to shower in spa) due to no changing rooms being available
Parts of the hotel have been refurbished and are lovely although often just superficial but the other parts are very tired and and unloved.
Spa - the areas which were available were very good and clean but again doors were lacking in cleanliness and if you look closer corners are...
