“Albergo molto bello e con tantissime amenità; bella e divertente la piscina Park e tante altre cose, la nostra stanza era in realtà un appartamento con 3 camere da letto doppie e 3 bagni più salone e cucina. Tutto perfetto ma mi sono fatto convincere ad ascoltare una promozione del gruppo Windham che avrebbe voluto vendermi una forma di multiproprietà a condizioni eccezionali! Ho faticato tantissimo a staccarmi di dosso i promoters! Dei veri squali!!!”

“All the pool amenities and activities were great. The resort staff was great and stuck to the rules. I would say they could lighten up on the required tubes in the river and no jumping in the big pool. Place is for families and my kids got disappointed when they were asked to not jump in the pool at all, not even just a cannon ball. Im 41 and was told i needed a tube in the 3' lazy river. I was just walking around the river with my little kids”

“We travelled with 2 other couples making the total 6 adults. The property was very nice with lots of room to accommodate all 6 of us quite nicely. We all had our private bathroom which worked great. The pool right off the living room was a treat alter had to pay extra for the heat and believe me we needed it if you wanted to get in it in the evening, which we did. The kitchen was lovely and spacious with a large island and all the convenience we needed. There was multiple tv’s throughout the...

“Overall OK but property in need of some upgrading. Needed to use kitchen pots as BBQ was a long way away and they were not clean.”

“One of the toilets was broken, a fan was broken and we weren’t left with anything to maintain the cleanliness of the home while we were there for two weeks. The location was great and it was a perfect size home for my family. ”

“The bathrooms were dirty. Property needs a major clean! Dishes (cups) in the cupboard had side stains on them. Overall it felt like the cleaning crew doesn’t clean well.”

“Lovely house but a bit tired, things in the house didn't work, no welcome sheet detailing Wifi, trash days etc. Took 4 days for Nova Vacations to reply to my emails/messages/texts to try and get help/info/repairs. ”
