“While the staff was amazing and the property was very beautiful, the roads to get to the hotel were not paved. Not only were they not paved but at some point they (local government) closed the entrance and no one was notified. It took me contacting the hotel so the concierge could walk us through how to get to the hotel. It was not until two days later when I complained that we received a letter and a map. This was not well planned with the city. Very disappointing.”

“Beautiful property and room! The pools are plentiful and never felt crowded—we saw a monkey!
Treat yourself to an evening sunset by the lobby bar—breathtaking!
The beach is ona beautiful cove. My kids enjoyed the rocky areas for “tidepooling” for hermit crabs, fish, etc. There is a nice reef right off the beach where daily snorkeling activities are available. We saw a puffer fish, some colorful tropical fish and a spotted ray.
Note the beach is public, but the locals are friendly and not...

“Viajamos 5 personas de mi familia y 3 tuvimos alergia a la comidas mi hijo y yo perdimos un di a recuperándonos pero mi hija tuvo que ir al doctor a que la inyectaran y tuvimos que pagar el doctor y la medicina de nuestra bolsa no se isieron responsables en ningún momento de nada muy mala atención en ese aspecto no nos compensaron de ninyuna forma los días que perdimos por su comida”

“The property is just as described. There is plenty of space, 3 bathrooms and washer and dryer. It looks exactly like the pictures. It was not dirty but the pool did need to be cleaned and our water feature did not work. The location is excellent but you will need a golf cart to get around unless you don’t mind walking 15 minutes to get to town.
The beach club is close in golf cart but walking can take 25 minutes. Insects and small lizards do get inside. The value is worth it compared to the...

“This place was great. Location is accessible to everything but with a sense of privacy due to the individual suites. The staff was amazing across the board. Overall, I travel around 100 nights per year globally and this was one of the best stays I have had at a property in a long time.”

“What a beautiful place! The view from our room was amazing, private view to the ocean. The room is super spacious, private and clean. One day I stayed in the hotel just to enjoy its beauty of the place.
Its on top of the hill, and the way up is quite steep, so for sure you need a car to get there and down.”
