“Camere ok, acqua calda inesistente. Tende non oscuranti ( entra luce fin dalle prime ore del mattino). Gestione dello staff pessima. Nessun aiuto per noleggio auto, tour etc. La cosa più grave è che mi sono lamentato per 2 volte che lo scarico non funzionava e non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla per risolverlo ( cosa che mi era stata garantita). Doccia sempre fredda e non hanno fatto nulla. Al check out un signore senza cravatta mi ha detto che sarebbe stato meglio per il futuro chiedere un...

“The Fairmont is a centrepiece of Baku. The hotel staff are phenomenal, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated. The reception is welcoming. We were met by Survan who was exceptional. His attention to detail to ensure your stay with them was paramount. He went above and beyond and a credit to the hotel chain. “Bed smelled like urine, blankets were not changed for the entire stay, and one of the 2 bathrooms was unusable, it was leaking. We told staff the next morning and he said they will take care of it tomorrow…tomorrow never came!! The only thing nice about the stay was the cleaning staff, they were very friendly and lots of places to go m, restaurants to eat at, but absolutely no parking. We had to pay about $200 mannat. I would never recommend this place. Glad to be out!”

“Hotel located in downtown, easy to visit the center. Rooms are wide (i extended my stay and tried two rooms), very clean and with good wi-fi, perfect for business but also for holyday. The products for breakfast are of good quality, variety could be improved. ”
