- Escape to this spacious 6-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home in Saratoga County, the perfect retreat for families, friends, and race fans. Don't let bad weather spoil your vacation. You can enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub all year round. Located just 15 minutes from Saratoga Race Course, this home offers the ideal combination of relaxation, recreation, and convenience.
Enjoy year-round amenities including a heated indoor saltwater pool, hot tub, private gym with exercise equipment and sauna, and a private dock directly across the street on beautiful Ballston Lake. Guests are welcome to use the kayaks, paddleboards, and fishing poles to make the most of the lake.
The outdoor living spaces are designed for entertaining, featuring multiple levels of seating, a large gas grill, smoker, wood-burning and gas fire pits, an outdoor shower, and plenty of room to gather. The expansive yard includes volleyball, horseshoes, cornhole, and other lawn games for guests of all ages. A second kitchen and wine room in the finished basement provides added convenience for larger groups.
Located less than 20 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs and Rivers Casino, you'll be close to world-class horse racing, dining, shopping, golf, entertainment, and outdoor recreation.
The home is thoughtfully prepared for every guest. Dressers and closets are emptied prior to your arrival, providing plenty of storage for your belongings. Luxury linens, plush towels, premium pillows, and quality bedding are provided throughout the home.

Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect with so many details and extras. Rose and Eric were fantastic hosts with plenty of information before our trip and they were extremely responsive during our stay. The dock and boat house were a daily hang out for the family, and we would love to go back! Thank you again for all of the memories and a vacation we'll never forget.

The house is beautiful; very warm, spacious and inviting and is better in person than the pictures. Hosts are very accommodating and accessible, responding quickly to any questions. Everything was very clean and well stocked with all the linens, kitchen equipment and condiments anyone could ever need. The pool and hot tub are great options, especially helpful on rainy days with the kids. This was definately the best experience we have had renting on Vrbo. We would definately recommend this home to friends and family and it is our hope to return soon!

Brillian place! We had a blast time!
We had wonderful time with family friends for the whole week. Every enjoyed so much all the facilities, especially the pool and hot tub. The owner was very considerate and answered all the questions that we had in prompt time!! the owner has all of possible cook ware, even rice cooker and instant pots!! We will definitely come back!!
