“Great activities for all ages . Need more staff on the floor actually guiding people to rooms and activities. More signage needed . Family friendly. Need food areas to be opened later they close way too early . ”

“It was rough. The room was dirty hair in the bathtub, looked like water damage all over bathroom, just seemed poorly maintained and barely clean. It claims free breakfast but it's 2 types of cereal and coffee and there was barely any cereal left. Overall I should have paid a few more dollars to stay somewhere else. ”

“Room was obviously not vacuumed. Blankets are so thin you are practically just using a sheet. Couldn’t get TV to work. Staff was nice though. ”

“I’ll start with the positives because honestly there were only A FEW! The front desk clerk who worked Saturday 3/21 was nice. The lobby was clean and the pool was as well. AC worked fine. TO BAD my room smelled like a DIRTY MOP!! Better yet HOT DOGS, earring backs. You pick! Expedia you all need to step in and start demanding the 3rd party rooms clean THE SAME WAY the non 3rd party rooms are because this is not my 1st experience booking with you all and being giving a half clean room.
