“The staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Room cleaning was not great. The shelves and drawers in the room were filthy with dust and dead bugs. I moved the small sofa out only to discover that beneath it was a collection of dirt, bugs and hair.
The bathroom has a bathtub, but their water heater doesn't produce enough hot water to fill it. You end up with a tub of lukewarm water.

“So I came to Korat for work. I booked this hotel online without much information about it. I'm glad I stayed here. On top of the hotel being clean and comfortable the staff was super friendly and kind. Even though I didn't speak any Thai they helped me call taxis and made great recommendations from where to get a tattoo to where to have a drink at night. If I ever go back to Korat I'll stay here for sure. ”
