“No issues with the room or the staff, they were fine. My problem was with the noise. The restaurant is central in the hotel, and there is an open space above it and the hallways to the rooms. The noise travels up and seems to be amplified by the acoustics. I could hear everything that took place 2 floors below me. ”

“We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person.
