“There is no water heater in the unit. And having to use the travelio appnyways was a major pain. The actual staff at the tower was great. Travelio staff needs some work. Also they do not tell you that internet is a separate fee that is limited to 2gbs for the whole trip. And you have to pay a deposit. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Teduh Simatupang. The hygiene standards were far below expectations. The bed had visible stains, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Even worse, I noticed signs of a rat infestation in and around the property—something that should never happen in any living space. Overall, I would not recommend this place unless major improvements in cleanliness and pest control are made. ”
