“Non parlo la loro lingua e se ne sono approfittati tutti . Dopo che avevo già pagato tutto mi hanno fatto pagare altri 800 dollari quasi e non so quando mi verranno restituiti . Il personale pessimo . Mi hanno anche smarrito 4 indumenti mandati tramite lavanderia già pagata. Avevo pagato l hotel con la colazione inclusa eppure loro se ne sono approfittati e mi hanno fatto pagare sempre la colazione . Che schifo . Mai più”

“Staying at the property with the construction was very inconvenient to say the least. The gentleman checking us in was great but the room we were out in for the money was terrible. I think it was the last type of room that we purchased which was a two double bed room with pull out bed. It must’ve been under or right next to pool because the room wreaked of strong chlorine. It was terrible.”

“We were in a beautifully designed and furnished room (suite of two rooms/two baths) with all working and clean fixtures. Beautiful tiled bathroom/shower in one with the rainfall shower head; tub in the other. The furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances, and everything was new, and wonderful. The Bosch appliances, large, illy coffeemaker, and everything was top notch.
