“I had a great stay at Hotel Clemons in Chattanooga. The customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The apartment style room was neat, clean, and very comfortable, making it feel more like a home than a typical hotel. I also loved the brewery located right on site. Such a fun and convenient bonus after a long day. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend Hotel Clemons to anyone visiting the area.”

“The hotel staff was very accommodating on all fronts, and always had water available. The room was clean and well set up, the hvac was quiet and effective, and the bed was comfortable. Only negative was that the peloton bike in the gym had not been maintained, the screen did not turn on and the bike was rusty … maybe not important to many visitors but a peloton is something I look for when booking.”

“Despite the bone chillingly cold temperatures, we had a great time on our girl's trip and thoroughly enjoyed the Embassy Suites. The location was ideal. The staff were great especially the manager, Brenden, who was friendly, helpful, and made us laugh while making us silly moms feel more at home than most hotels do.
