“Very nice stay, staff is incredibly friendly and proactive, they will handle your needs in a Swiss effective manner :-). Breakfast is also super ! Amenities are okay and structure is fine and comfortable . Really recommend. If I can give a tip for the management, the only thing is this smoke/cigarette bar @ lobby that keep this not attractive smell @ reception during night ... at least I’m not a fab”

“La struttura necessita di una migliore manutenzione. Al mio arrivo il bagno era sporco e, nonostante abbia richiesto più volte l’intervento delle pulizie, dopo due giorni la situazione non era cambiata. La reception si è comunque dimostrata disponibile e mi ha assegnato un’altra stanza.”

“Gleich im Nebengebäude gibt es eine Bar. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war es so laut, dass wir bis zwei Uhr morgens nicht schlafen konnten (und das Ende März, wo es draussen noch kalt war. Wie laut muss das im Sommer sein, wenn alle draussen rumstehen!!!). Frühstück war ok. Zustand des Zimmers (102) ist sehr alt, Vorhang verrissen und hing runter, Rolladenband war gerissen, die Badezimmertüre war verbogen und liess sich nicht schliessen etc. Immerhin war es sauber. Das nächste Mal werden wir...
