“Our room was perfect. It was perfectly clean, spacious, beautifully furnished with a view of the canal. The breakfasts were deliciously prepared with care. They kept the downstairs stocked with free cold water and various sodas and good wines at a very low cost. It was an absolute joy to experience this hotel that Katy and Olivier obviously put in so much of themselves to remodel from an old home and that they run with such care and detail. “Un hébergement très pratique et fonctionnel, très agréable avec une entrée indépendante ce qui permet de ne pas déranger les hôtes. L accueil est chaleureux et les bons plans sont au rendez vous. La piscine est un plus tout comme les petit déjeuners copieux et fait maison! Idéalement placé à quelques minutes seulement de la cité de Carcassonne! Allez y les yeux fermés!”
