“The owner was VERY attentive, from parking to grocery shopping to restaurants for breakfast or dinner. Even gave us a scenic route to drive to Inverness that we enjoyed.”

“When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. ”

“Die Unterkunft war in einem extrem schlechten hygienischen Zustand. Wir haben abgebrochene künstliche Fingernägel und benutzte Kontaktlinsen neben dem Bett gefunden, alles war sehr dreckig, die Dusche komplett verschimmelt, dreckiges und löchriges Bettzeug und Handtücher. Die Wohnung wurde augenscheinlich nicht saubergemacht, nachdem unsere Vermieter ausgecheckt haben. Sowas haben wir leider noch nie erlebt, absolut ekelhaft.”
