“A well designed studio flat with lovely touches, a comfy bed and a good shower. There was a kitchenette with minimal facilities - just enough to do breakfast and microwave the leftover food we had brought with us. (Note there are steep narrow stairs into the flat) Great location near Aberfeldy and Loch Tay, we enjoyed exploring the beautiful scenery in the area. Also, there are some restaurant options and a Coop, a short drive away in Aberfeldy. We would stay here again. ”

“Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità e cordialità dalla persona alla reception che ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni dell'organizzazione della struttura. “The hotel once our Sat Nav got us there was very very good. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully clean with a lovely big bathroom with a full size bath and shower. The breakfast was really lovely again really friendly helpful staff. “All aspects of the hotel were very good, all rooms were pleasingly decorated and as you would wish in a traditional highland hotel, even down to some whisky in the room. We requested a front room and this was provided. Great cooking. ”

“We have travelled the world but this was one of the best places that we have stayed at. The location was just perfect: Right next to Loch Tay and Tay river and beautiful hills on two sides. “Nice and cosy little house. Very well equiped kitchen, small bathroom with shower/tub combination. Not even 5 min away from Aberfeldy when driving by car. Small parking space behind the house. "Because we had a bad experience at the restaurant outside the hotel (the only one working in one-hour driving area) we chose to dine at the hotel. They told us that the chef was alone that night (Saturday) and could take up to one hour to eat something (7:30PM). We had no choice and asked for veggie burgers, but they didn’t have any (again, on Saturday night with tons of tourists around). We ended up eating fries for dinner. To excuse, the staff arranged a small snack before our departure the next day. It was really kind of them but this doesn’t cover the lack of organization for such an important hotel."
