“This was literally the last option we had for a hotel in Abha. The listing says 'OYO' and there were 3 of them in the same district. We could not find the hotel based on the location on the website or the booking confirmation. So we drove to the other two OYO hotels... and I have never found such apathetic and hopeless service. Utterly disappointing services and to get one of the staff to point us to the right hotel felt like getting blood out of a stone. You are providing a service to the...

“The stay was nice and the location was easy to get to since there is a lot of construction on some streets. The staff was courteous as well. The air conditioner broke, but was not a big deal because there were 2 and it was not that hot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend others to use this hotel.”
