Breve ma eccellente
Mi trovavo ad Abu Dhabi per vecanza. L'hotel è un ottima struttura in una posizione strategica per visitare la città. L'unica info che mi sento di dare perchè era la prima volta che mi capitava è questa: alla reception al momento del check in chiedono di trattenere la carta di credito fino al giorno della partenza. Onde evitare questo inconveniente è opprtuno avere con se denaro in moneta locale o euro da poter consegnare come deposito/cauzione. Solitamente vi si chiede il costo del soggiorno più un extra che può variare.

Visiting the city was the first time it was like traveling back into the 1960s. If you’re traveling from abroad bring an electric plug adapter, because the room didn’t have USB or western plugs. The room was very stylish, like a retro small flat. Comfortable bed. Wonderful staff. This is the perfect location because it’s right across from the main mall, it will take some getting used to learning the exit from the mall, it goes through the parking lot of mail. I did not go because just few hours before my srrival they called to tell they cancelled my booking although i chose the option to pay at the hotel. Terrible customer service. The other comments based on my previous exoerience 4 years ago. I am very disappointed and angry with this hotel

A very nice Hotel
The hotel was surprisingly nice. Check-in was fast, staff very nice. I needed some electric socket adapters (european to UAE) and they provided with no hassle. Room (Classic Room) spacious and clean. It had a water kettle, for morning coffee or tea, every day new bottle of water. Bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom nice and clean. Internet was surprisingly stable and fast. The only things that bothered me was air condition which was quite aggressive no matter how you set it (it was not that hot anymore, probably in hot days it is a must and it would be different) and the selection of TV programmes, where only a handful of programmes was in English, also there were no music programmes but that is probably just me. Hotel is located just next to the Al Wahda Mall, and the beach is not so far away, probably some 5 minutes with taxi. I budget allows I warmly recommend staying in this hotel!

The property is centrally located next to the Al Wahda mall which is very convenient. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The room came with a kitchen which was not necessary for us but a unique aspect of this hotel and would be a useful feature for anyone staying longer or who needs to cook food at the hotel.
