De ansatte var veldig hyggelig og det var et kjempeflott hotellområde. Greit og stort rom. Vi fikk et rom hvor skyvedør ledet til et uterom i ei sjakt som var mange meter høy, altså ingen utsikt, bare litt blå himmel langt der oppe.

Strongly recommend for horrible experience
It's the worst hotel ever to be honest. I can not believe that it is 4-star hotel. The photos showing hotel looked very neat and clean but worse than military camp. [Light] The hotel staff upgraded the room, but it was semi-basement. That's why it's not sunny. [Smell] When I opened the door, it smelled weird mixed with mold and smoking. It was non-smoking room. I asked them to change room, but they said there are no empty rooms. I couldn't sleep until early in the morning because of the smell. Even I tried to sleep in my car. [Service] I put up a sign asking not to clean the room, but the staff cleaned it and didn't provide towels and mat. So I asked the front desk to give me two towels, but I only received one. [Shower room] The water in the shower room is not warm. [Insect] There is a fly flying around in the room. [Massage] The massage at the massage shop in the hotel was a bit clumsy. And soon she asks me if I'll get a happy(?) massage. [Check Out] So I requested 2days earlier check-out. And it took about 40min. to proceed it at the front desk

I had high expectations when I booked the room at Villagio for their Royal Suite. We were celebrating my friend's birthday but the hotel rejected our request to set up the room with even a balloon while booking. The room had a weird smell to it, the curtains were dirty, the pool was not cleaned for sure as there were some fragments, and the overall vibe wasn't perfect. The staff at the counter doing check-in greeted me with "Yes?" instead of a "Welcome to Villagio" or anything welcoming. While checkout, I got the security deposit back and kept waiting as the staff did not tell me the checkout has been complete. 2 minutes later I ask if it is over, and he says yes. No thank you, no greeting, Nothing. It was a very upsetting stay to be very honest. A birthday celebration went wrong and so not worth it. Instagram: @imelpinto
