Surrounded by playful camel décor, desert-inspired cactus accents, and soft glowing lampions, this cozy space blends tradition with character. Ideal for home-cooked meals. Dining area for four. We supply all essential items including tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, salt, pepper, water, washing up utilities and dish washer tablets. We also provide all dinnerware which includes, all plates, cutlery, bowls, glasses (including wine glasses), mugs and coffee cups. We care about all the details, as an example we supply high-quality stainless-steel pots and pans which are non-toxic. We also include pre-made ice cubes in the freezer along with chilled water in the fridge.

This area also converts into an additional bedroom/sleeping area for two additional guests. We also have various lighting available so you can set to the mood to your desire, the LED wall lights and the ceiling lamps which offer cool white lighting and warm lighting depending on your preference. The sofa is a custom-made sofa that provides a modern and stylist look whilst providing comfort for sleeping. The sofa bed is always made with a mattress topper. The sofa bed will also accommodate two adults to sleep (the sofa is 2m x 2m). For comfortable sleep, there are blackout curtains.

Custom made furniture featuring a comfortable and luxurious king-sized bed giving you a 5-star hotel experience, built-in wardrobes, stunning dressing table, mirror and chair. We provide a hair dryer, beach towels for use at the swimming pool/beach, soft blanket/throw, safe, hangers and praying mat. Our bedding is premium high quality, 100% cotton, the mattress is a premium quality mattress carefully selected to ensure your comfort. In addition, we provide four pillows, two hard pillows and two soft pillows. For comfortable sleep, there are blackout curtains. The dressing table comes with stunning LED lighting, and LED backlighting on the bed.

Once your booking is confirmed, we kindly request that you provide your passport details for each guest (sent in your confirmation email) to ensure a smooth check-in process and fulfil our obligations with the Tourism Authority.

Your passport will be used solely for the following purposes:
- Notifying building security to grant apartment access
- Registering your stay with the Tourism Authorities

Please note, the cleaning fees outlined in the price breakdown cover check-out cleaning only. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, feel free to contact us for pricing and availability.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and charged at AED 200 per hour.

Please also ensure that the access card is returned in good condition. A replacement fee of AED 500 per card will apply if the access card is lost.

🚭 Smoking inside of the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee of AED 5,000 for odour removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning. 🚭
