“The porter was really good but front desk was awful, every request wasn’t even sent to who needs to hear them, we asked for room service and hours later room service came asking if we were ready, turns out they were never even informed, this happened 3 days in a row, front desk treated us like we weren’t even guests.. but every other staff was awesome and timely when asked directly, sink and shower was clogged from day one and when called again front desk did nothing and had to go down to ask...

“My room was full of flies, and, even after the staff came 2 times to use the spray product, the insects would still reappear. I think they have to do a serious treatment. The staff is nice and helpful though. I guess is just an old facility, I preferred the Nordic hotel they closed down, that was very well maintained compared to this villa. ”
