“The young man at the desk was very fast at getting us into our room .He was very frendly and help us with any thing we needed. The maid was as so frendly and greed us in all i give this hotel a high rating of A PLUS. Wehave stayed hear many times befor and always one of the best hotels that we have stayed in.”

“Upon arrival and during the check-in process, everything was great. However, on the first night in our room, we could clearly hear other guests talking, their TVs, and people walking up and down the hallway. At times, it even sounded as though someone was entering our room during the night. While the facility was clean and the customer service was excellent, the noise level was too disruptive for me.”

“Decidedly average hotel booked by my Wife and I for the Lafayette Festival Louisianne. The best thing about the room was the shower due to its amazing water pressure. Otherwise, a few negatives to point out were: the fact that when the air conditioner kicked on it was very noisy, the fact that we could hear the flushing of toilets emanating from other rooms in the hotel, and the fact that our room situated on the 2nd floor facing the front of the hotel was not as sound proof as we would have...

“Parking was covered and secure. Staff were incredible. Very walkable area with restaurants and shops. ”

“Spent two nights. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast and happy hour buffets were substantial and tasty. The hotel manager came around to ask guests how their stay was going. Didn't use the pool but it looked well-maintained. Ticked all my boxes. Highly recommend.”
