Hotel vicino a Accademia di Cucina Cilantro - Kuala Lumpur

“The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory.”

“Great for a 1 night stay. Lots of good options closeby for food. Internet was good also. Breakfast is very simple - eggs we super soft runny and served no other way even when we mentioned we could not eat half raw eggs. No coffee available only weak tea. Toast with butter and kaya jam. Bed was comfy and nice hot shower. Cold filter water dispensers to fill bottles was great too.”

“I feel Relaxed and comfy, iron, hair dryer, small little tidbits (see pic upload) are well available for our access freely! ”

“1. Aircond is not blowing cool air + very noisy 2. Washroom is smelly 3. There was strain on pillow Ambience was great and the smart tv too”

Several times I attempted to contact the hotel prior to arrival to see exactly what the check in procedure was. I never received and answer. I had to book another hotel and ended up losing $300 as I could not count on these people meeting me after a 30 hour journey to Malaysia. It appear this room is a BNB and owned by the mainland Chinese. Everyone should avoid booking this...
