The air-conditioner was a major problem that needed critical attention that was why we offered to change the room for and you ,which you rejected .As for the splashing of water, shower curtain has been hanged in the bathroom to prevent water from splashing.Investigations will be conducted into the breakfast issue and the needed action will be taken.
