Check in and check out were easy. The property is beautiful and has 24/7 security at the entrance.Our room was clean and spacious with a great fully stocked kitchen. The city was very accessible using rideshare. I will DEFINITELY stay here again when I return.

Great location and amenities!

I love staying at Embassy Gardens anytime I am in Accra. The amenities are excellent (multiple pools and cafe that serves great food). The studio apartment was clean and has everything you need! We initially had some issues with internet and a broken iron but replacement happened quickly and we had no other issues the rest of our stay.

Warning! The agent for this unit is a scammer. Unattentive, no morals and the unit is not serviced. The TV and internet WAS NOT working upon check in. When I reported this, the agent ignored my complaint and refused to fix either. After my complaint, the agent refused to communicate any longer or refund my money for 2 days. I had to check out and find another room in the middle of my stay. A huge inconvenience and loss. You have been warned.

We waited hours to get ahold of the person renting the place to finally get the apartment number. then we could not cook stovetop didn’t work it would come on but no burners worked we even tried with pots on them We had 1 towel to use 10am They brought us 2 and then came back and took them and said they would bring more they never did I left at 7:30pm on December 16 No pot holders no paper towels no booklet to show us how to use any, the air didn’t work very well it was 75 inside the apartment we never opened the shades because the air wasn’t working good at all. The shower handle was broken the lamp was broken The sheets were dirty I brought a blanket that we sleep on, the reception said they tried calling the owner but they never received a call back.

The property and rooms are lovely but unfortunately the communication was so horrendous that I would discourage anyone from staying here. When I tried to check in I had to call and call and call the number I was given to get instructions. No one is available to help with bags or locating the apartment in the enormous complex. I texted multiple times to ask for the wifi code- these texts were ignored for many hours. When I finally received a reply I was told to look for the router and find the code on the back. On the first day I was informed I needed to change rooms. I packed all my bags and prepared only to be told I didn’t have to move after all. I ended up needing to extend my stay so messaged the number to see if this would be alright. I received no reply, so I went ahead to make the booking. 5 hours later, I had still received no reply, and someone showed up informing me that I needed to leave the apartment that very second so they could move me to another unit. When I told them that wouldn’t be possible as I had a meeting and hadn’t packed, they told me they would send someone to pack my things for me… when I tried to work out another solution I was hung up on. Avoid at all costs.

1st night given an upgraded room which came along with a broken bed, not internet nor DSTV/Netflix. On the 2nd day = I received a call at 14:00-h, telling me that people were at the door and I had to change rooms now, at that time I was an hour away and going to have a late lunch. Arrived to the apartment around 18:00-h and they helped me move to the room type that I booked (obviously the day early they sold me a room that was not available). 3rd morning at say 01:30-h = electricity off as the pre paid had run out, power back at 08:30-h. Imagine how that night was 😱. The property is good, the management well, you make your own decision.
