The room was clean but unfortunately we waited for about an hour to be checked in. One of the bathrooms was flooding during shower. However, the staff were helpful.

Style meets business convenience

The apartment is perfectly comfortable, stylishly furnished, well equipped and centrally situated. The integrated business lounge makes remote working more than possible and the 2 coffee shops and downstairs supermarket ensure that you are a stones throw from everything that you might need.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how disappointing this stay was. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the place hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in a long time. The sofas were covered in stains that made it impossible to sit comfortably, and even the ceilings had visible marks and discoloration, which is something you don’t expect to notice—but unfortunately, I did. The bed situation was just as bad, if not worse. What was advertised as a proper bed turned out to be something that looked and felt more like a cramped single bed. It was incredibly uncomfortable, with what seemed like a worn-out mattress that offered no support at all. Getting a decent night’s sleep was out of the question. Overall, the entire experience felt neglected and far below basic standards. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean place to stay.

Dr. See Love here. Would definitely recommend, as I have already done. Felt more like staying in a condo with hotel amenities except for room service. Rooftop pool and grocery store on ground level.

Nice accommodations, clean and wonderful staffs. Guest should be careful in their rooms because cameras were mounted in the apartments and rooms which is totally against the privacy of guest. To me that is a total turnoff. On spotting the camera in the room, I had to get a tissue paper to block the vision That is a turn off fore. Aside that it's a nice apartment with good security and also house a grosery store on the ground floor. Also the property is like 5 minutes drive from the airport.

Our stay at Kass apartments was terrible.the beds were very hard,the linen worn and the bathroom stunk.the services from the attendants were very poor as they kept us waiting without being served.additionally leaving the hotel for us to check out lasted for over an hour.

Kass Tower is nice

Good location in Accra, lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a small balcony and a comfortable living room. However, instead of allowing me to extend my stay and pay directly, they told me it was cheaper to book again through Hotels.com. I don’t really understand this—if a guest is already staying, it would be much easier to handle payment directly rather than having me go through the platform again, then checking if I could stay in the same flat or needed to move. It seemed quite difficult. Anyways good property.

Great tower

I have stayed both in the 2 bedrooms apartment and in the studio. Everything seems new with a pleasant design. The location is perfect and Kass tower is very nice with a rooftop pool and bar. At the bottom there is instead a cafe and a supermarket, very convenient during the stay. However, communication with the host was quite difficult, we didn’t understand each other a few times, but hopefully they will improve that - in listening to guests. I recommend to add couple of bottle of water for guests when they arrive, especially for those coming with evening/ night flights and not knowing where to get simple water. This would be a very kind gesture from your side. You should also write in the listing the name of the company that rents the flats, so guest knows what to say at reception during check in.

I really enjoyed my time in Ghana staying at Kass Towers. Check-in was very straightforward and the staff friendly and helpful when needed. The room itself was in excellent condition and very clean and with all appliances pretty much provided. We had a two bed apartment and it was very spacious and like a home away from home. The gym is absolutely great and the swimming pool excellent. The bar by the pool was very quiet and not a great selection but it definitely doesn’t distract from the fact that the whole environment was great. I will definitely come back. Thank you Kass Towers

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and as shown in pictures. Location was very convenient to the airport and other local amenities. Supermarket located on ground floor to buy essentials and opens till 11pm. Overall, had a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay again and recommend.special shout out to Benjamin who allowed me to store my bags after checkout.

The police acting as security at the barricade to the hotel harassed for money each time we drove through. Advice them to be more professional and just do their job and the people out of appreciation may choose to give a tip. But stop demanding tips for doing nothing special other than your paid job.
