“It looks nothing like the pictures. We had three rooms, one had a dead roach on the nightstand, another room had food and pills behind the nightstand, walls filthy, another room looked like only the beds were made. Our hallway had a leak so there were trashcans in the hall. Dirty property and smelt terrible. Front desk staff were nice though”

“The hotel had just opened like two weeks prior, so there was some things that was still needed to be adjusted like the TV and the phones in my initial room didn’t work. No I did not like the fact that when I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to come. Very very helpful though. Staff was very pleasant and helpful”

“Someone spit on the floor of the elevator. I talking about a huge wad of spit.I told Housekeeping, but they did nothing. I told the man at check-in, again nothing done. When I left this morning, I could see the dried spittle on the floor. Someone knocked on my door at 11:30. The person said they forgot something in my room. The person asked to come in to look. I said no, that I would look. Nothing found. They kicked my door. I called the desk, no answer. I let it ring a long time. I really...

“Was good for the price”

“Good location, right next to the stadium. But had a bad experience, at 7:50 am got woken up by the room service trying to get into my room and knocking repeatedly at the door even after stating there was people sleeping the room.”

“The room was clean and the staff helpful. Coffee, tea and cup supplies in the room needs to be improved. There was only 1 cup, 1 tea pod and 2 coffee pods provided for 4 people staying in the room”

“This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House.”
