The apartment is located on the first floor of a private 4-story building on a small hill. Entry to the building is through the main door with a key only and a private entrance to each apartment.
All rooms and bathrooms have a window or a balcony.

The Kitchen / Dining Room: equipped for cooking and eating, with a full-size dishwasher, an expandable round table that seats up to 6, half - fridge, electric kettle, oven, air fryer, 2 burner induction stove top/cooker, automatic coffee machine, full-size sink, pots and pans, and a full set of glasses, dishes, and cutlery all with an open space format between the dining room and kitchen.

Living Room: Elegant and modern with AC, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, Amazon fire-stick (use your own Netflix login), wrap-around patio access, 3 luxurious leather couches, and a cozy common area for relaxing, all with an open space format between the dining room and kitchen.

Bedroom: Luxurious Queen size bed (option to be split into 2 single beds). Full-size wardrobe/closet with a full-length mirror and a luggage rack. Plus Air-conditioning/heat and ceiling fan.

Bathroom: a clean and bright full-size bathroom with toilet / WC, elegant sink, shower cubicle, towel rack, and bidet.

Terrace access: This area is a shared area (only with the owner who never uses it and with any guests of our other Airbnbs "Maison des Palmiers" and "Casita") and on the 4th floor and requires walking up 4 flights of stairs. It has absolutely stunning views. It can be used for meals, cocktail hour, sunbathing, painting, or relaxing. There are tables that seat 8 plus an outdoor bench, table, and chairs to relax in the sun. Half of the terrace is covered with a canopy to offer shade on sunny days (which is mostly all of them). There is a simple outdoor shower for hot days as well as an electric beer cooler.

Private Backyard / Garden: The backyard has private access from the living room and bedroom via the wrap-around patio and is private and used only by the house guest. Once in the backyard, it is multi-level. The upper level has a giant umbrella for shade with beautiful landscaping and a concrete tile floor. The lower level is covered with faux grass. There is an optional super bright outdoor light as well as ambient solar-powered garden lights. Perfect for a summer meal al fresco or fall-time evening cocktail. There is a simple outdoor shower for hot days.

Laundry / Utility room: dedicated room off the kitchen with a full-size laundry/washing machine, drying rack, cleaning supplies, brooms, mops, buckets, shelves, plus a bit of room for storage of empty suitcases, etc.

Patios: Front and side patios that wrap around the backyard. Access from the front living room and from inside the bedroom. With a table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing moment looking at the palms after a long day or for a quick coffee.
