“The place is actually a mammouth service area. Food court closeby and wonderful park on the backside. They were short of personnel though and this affected some elements of the stay. Need to read the board where they state they do the rooms only after the third day (…?)”

“Excellent staff, super friendly and helpful. Our room 106 needed some TLC but it was super clean and spacious with a very comfy mattress. Breakfast was very good, great assortment of cold and hot food and love that’s it’s a ‘help yourself’ options. Good quality food. Our satnav wouldn’t accept the postcode, so if yours is the same, it’s just off junction 36 of the A1. ”

“A good place to stay for three nights. Breakfast is fine even if I would expect more warm dishes and drinks (milk, for instance). I can't understand why there are no smaller towels in the bathroom and why no hairdryer is provided. I brought mine as I had seen other reviewers. One more thing to take care of is the staff at the reception. All very young people who didn't know anything about the area and the town. That's a shame! ”

“I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-organized, and had a fresh, clean scent as soon as I walked in. The bedding was crisp and comfortable, and housekeeping clearly paid attention to detail throughout the space. The bathroom was equally clean, with neatly arranged toiletries and no signs of wear or mess.”

“Hotel storico con un grande fascino. Il ristorante ha sbagliato la comanda del pranzo e la colazione è molto english, scarsa selezione di colazione dolce, macchina espresso in bella vista ma non possibile avere un cappuccino…. Unica alternativa l’ immancabile tea o il black coffee! La stessa macchina lavora probabilmente a pranzo e a cena ma è spenta per colazione…”

“La doccia fredda (nel vero senso della parola) la mattina! Dai, ok le due stelle, ma siamo proprio al minimo sindacale! Si sono fatti perdonare per averci offerto la colazione ma... mancavano i coltelli! Disorganizzazione totale... Anche la camera non era pulitissima (tra i due letti c'erano ancora delle briciole dei precedenti ospiti).”

“The room was a bit dated but very clean. Bed very comfortable! The only thing that let it down for us was that the bar was closed (closed Mon-Thurs) which would have been nice to know at the point of booking.”

“Basic room but ideal for one night. Very close to the arena. Would forego the breakfast as I don’t think it’s is worth £8.95 at all, some bread, muffins croissants cereal cheese ham cucumber and pepperoni. Save yourself the money and go to the nearby food places which are a 2 min walk away. Otherwise, clean and friendly staff.”

“In breve:l'area reception dell'Hotel era un cantiere con squadre di 6/8 operai che smontavano pavimenti e pareti, posavano pavimenti in resina ed ovviamente facevano rumori e polveri mentre i clienti transitavano o facevano colazione. Mai successa una cosa del genere!!! Addirittura un giorno la reception, dal mattino alla sera, è stata smontata e spostata provvisoriamente in un'altra postazione. Sul cibo e sui tavoli della colazione arrivava inevitabilmente la polvere proveniente dalle...
