Good value
Out of the way location, but convenient to hiking trails and State park venues. In decent condition, could use a quality painting. Owner was on the premise and was courteous and helpful. He even allowed access 3-4 hours prior to our checkin time. Much appreciated. Good value for the price. Thank you Ken.

Trip to Atlanta
The property provided a quiet, pretty and comfortable place for my husband and I to stay with our three dogs during a short trip to Atlanta. Every convenience was provided thoughtfully. The setting was like being at home. So nice.

Great Guest House
A very nice guest house, very clean and had everything we needed. So hard to find a nice pet friendly accommodation, really happy we found this spot for the night on our road trip.

Solitude at it's Finest
This was an overnight stay on my travels up north. The space was open and clean and quaint. I enjoyed sitting on the deck with a glass of wine while my dog explored the yard and edge of the woods. A few things that disappointed me and would keep me from returning: no lake nearby, queen size bed & the inside is not 'dark' even with every light turned off. These were personal issues and in no way reflect on Kenny or the property.

We have stayed at this venue multiple times. The property manager is responsive to messages and questions. The location is quiet and close enough to many activities and provides a great wooded environment to decompress. We will visit again.

Red Top Mountain Stay
I would definitely stay again. Kenny is a great host and quick to respond to messages. The 5 bedrooms in the main house and one additional guest house bedroom give plenty of sleep options. The house was clean and the well equipped kitchen in the main house was outstanding. Bathrooms were clean and enough towels for 10+ people. 18-20 minute drive to Lake Point Sports complex.

Baseball trip
My wife and son (17) had the upstairs apartment. Great experience from the beginning of our reservation to the end. Due to weather, we needed a late check out to shower for the trip home and the owner was quick to allow us that....much appreciated it! I will say that it sleeps no more than 3 but would absolutely stay there again!

LakePoint Baseball tournament
My son and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. We were in town for several days for a baseball tournament at LakePoint and this place was only 15 minutes away. The property had everything we needed and it was very quiet. We would definitely book this place again.

Peaceful serene property
Two of my dogs and I were in town for the Allatoona Dryland Mushing Race. This property was the perfect location. It is only a short drive to the Allatoona Creek Park and to the lake. This home is very modern and beautifully decorated! I would definitely stay here again.

Great country setting
Loved that this property was NOT on the interstate and in a setting with other vacation homes. Just our luck to have rented it on New Years Eve! LOTS of fireworks for our poor dog to deal with! But the space and bed was great, clean and very attractive. Hubby and I would definitely rent again (not on New Years Eve or July 4th!🇺🇸!)

Perfect for a family of 3!
We were in town for a baseball tournament. It was just 3 of us, so we didn't need a ton of space. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us with everything we needed. Host was awesome ! 5 stars!

Wedding weekend
We (parents of the groom) stayed in the guest house while the family of the bride stayed in the big house. It was a nice space, clean enough although had obviously been smoked in before. The kitchen equipment was good, coffee pots etc. but the bedroom was sparsely furnished-nowhere to put your clothes, I opened my suitcase on an ironing board. Lots of fluffy towels and very quiet location but it seemed like it was set up for a bachelor retreat, not a family stay. The porch steps were very broken to the point of being dangerous and one of the upright supports was off center. We left something behind and the owner was very kind to mail it right away. Very mixed feelings about this place!

Nice place for our quick stay.
We were only staying one night in the Atlanta area, but this was a nice place that I would consider coming back to. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host, Kenny, was very quick to respond to any question I had.

Quiet get-away
We had a very pleasant stay here. It is well located just a few minutes drive from Red Top Mountain State Park. The space is modern in appearance and furnishings. We brought meals from a Marietta restaurant and had a peaceful dinner on the deck. I recommend this highly!

Not very clean at all, ceiling fans were draped with dirt hanging down, exposed wire under dishwasher, hinges on bedroom door was falling off, the cabinets were very dirty and unorganized to say the least, and I could go on and on. I have pictures if needed.

Off the beaten path
We stayed one night at the property while travelling through the area. It was a one bedroom apartment above what appeared to be an exercise room. It was located down a road that was extremely bumpy so we were glad we had our truck. This is obviously a work in progress. Countertops were new and the property was clean. The cabinets were old but had been painted. Overall all of the painting that had been done looked very sloppy and detracted from the stay. There were some windows that were still under repair and unfinished. The bedroom, bed, and bedding were fine. The stairs leading up to the property are spongy in a few places.

Perfectly situated
this spot was perfect for somewhere to crash in between ball games at a week-long tourney at Lakepoint. We enjoyed the gym, all the wildlife we got to see in the neighborhood, and on our drives through the state park going to and from games. Property Owner was quick to respond, and helpful when I couldn’t find an iron/board (a previous renter had taken to the other house on the property). The only reason I didn’t give tie location/neighborhood an excellent rating, is because the road was pretty bumpy and I scrubbed a few times BUT that’s a county maintenance issue. We enjoyed it!
