"I wasn't sure about the no-front-desk hotel setup, but my stay was very pleasant. I stayed for 2 weeks, and there's a bit of a DIY element here -- housekeeping service is an add-on -- but the supply closet was always stocked. I stayed in the Deluxe King room with a sitting area.
