"This property is not what is shows at the time of booking. The gravel road is so eroded that even an SUV is not near capable of reaching the property. The place has not bathroom and no hot water. "This is a beautiful and well kept bed and breakfast with wonderful hosts. It’s perfect if you are looking to get away from the commercialization of Bar Harbor. The property beach and trail are wonderful. The host has intimate knowledge of the area."
