Situato nel bellissimo complesso di Los Geranios, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e Puerto Colon. A 2 camere da letto, 2 bagno appartamento.
Cucina, salotto con TV, lettore DVD, lettore CD, cassaforte completamente arredata, 2 ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni (1 en-suite), grandi armadi a muro, terrazza privata con vista del Teide e anche vista mare parziale.
Il complesso dispone di una splendida piscina comunale, reception 24 ore, telefono pubblico e una lavanderia.
Solo pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e Puerto Colon. Molto vicino al centro commerciale di San Eugenio. Situato in posizione centrale vicino ad una grande varietà di ristoranti, bar e negozi.

Great location, big rooms, easy access, it does have stairs to get to the apartment if you have walking difficulty, my elderly father managed it ok. Everything you need in the apartment and nice quiet pool, loungers by the pool are the hard plastic white latted ones so are not the best, most are cracked, the loungers at the apartment are lovely. Very local for shops and bars, just next door to Temple Bar and across from the Harley Bar with the cars you dine in outside. A very pleasurable stay.

Lovely apartment in great area, very close to the beach and a multitude of bars and restaurants. The apartment was very clean, great communication from the host and although we arrived late the property manager waited to show us around and give us the keys, would definitely stay again

Cheeky week away

The apartmemt was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Beach towels were provided by the host, which was a nice touch. Enjoyed every minute. Will drfo book again.

Lovely Apartment in great location

The apartment is bright and spacious, fresh and clean.There is everything you need for your comfort and enjoyment.The large balcony is great for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. It is very quiet and peaceful, the bar nearby does have music in the evenings but stops at 1200 we did not find it a nuisance at all

Family Holiday

Great apartment in a good location. Very handy for many things to make your holiday great. It’s amazing to be able to walk to the water park and Siam mall. Multiple supermarkets are close and lots of excursion and eating options as well as the beaches. Downsides to be aware of, although they didn’t spoil the holiday for us, are the very loud live music bar next door and the lack of parasol shade around the pool area. We couldn’t use the pool area because of this and had to pay for beds and parasols at the beach. The apartment is clean and well equipped.

The location was superb, property was superb except poolside loungers unavailable throughout our stay from 9am onwards, all were reserved with towels even though not being used. Sun on balcony not round till 1.30. Beach visits very good although very windy for our stay. Issue with lock on door on arrival taking us 15 minutes plus to get in, after phone call to manager this was rectified the next day, even though this was an on going issue the previous occupants had not reported.

Brilliant apartment

Lovely clean and well supplied apartment. Only problem was 2 fans which were not very good but didnt bother us enough to contact owner. Great location, was a bit worried about noise as other people had put in their reviews about it but didnt hear a thing and we slept with the door and windows open and we were not disturbed at all. Also could not get a bed around the pool because towels were left all day on unused beds when it does say not to do it

A very pleasant stay

Unfortunately, when we initially arrived the property had not been cleaned since the previous visitors. This was apparently due to a misunderstanding. Although disappointing the situation was quickly rectified, which was good. The property is very well equipped and quite spacious. The only downside was the lighting in the kitchen area, it would benefit from some under unit lighting as it was quite difficult to see to cook in the evenings. The apartment is well situated and within easy reach of shops, beaches and an efficient bus service for getting around the island. The pool area is clean and well maintained. All in all a good stay was had by us both.

APARTMENT NO 30 LOS GERANIOUS

VERY WELL SITUATED. THE APARTMENT WAS WELL EQUIPPED BUT SEVERAL PROBLEMS SUCH AS FRENCH DOORS FROM LOUNGE WERE LOCKED ON ARRIVAL AND CLEANERS HAD PUT PATIO CHAIRS AGAINST DOOR ON TERRACE TO WARN YOU NOT TO USE DOORS. TERRIBLE SMELL OF DRAINS IN EN SUITE BATHROOM. ALSO TOILET IN OTHER BATHROOM BLOCKED DURING OUR STAY.

Disappointing start

Arrived at apartment to find the reception didn't know we had booked so wouldn't release keys until manager/owner contacted , waited in reception until rectified. When we opened room door rubbish across worktops, food on counters and in fridge , dirty ashtray on table and filthy toilets , then opened bedroom door to find dirty unmade beds , looked like someone had just left , Door into balcony swinging as the lock it as broken and wouldn't close at all. Called owner who apologised ,managed to get someone to come with clean sheets and towels , recieved message from owner saying cleaner was not available till Tuesday (we arrived Sunday) so we went and bought bleach etc to clean apartment ourselves. Broken tiles on bathroom floor so had to be careful if kids going in , and the fans both ceiling and freestanding provide no relief as they are old and past best. We ended up hiring air con . Very poor start to our stay which would def put us off booking again.

Nice apartment, great communication

The good stuff Property is as described, a 2 bed decent sized apartment, 2 bathrooms, huge balcony, full kitchen. There are loads of towels, spare bedding, tea towels,etc The showers are great, we had no issues with water pressure or temperature. The beds are comfortable, there's plenty of storage space, its in the ideal location (although its more San Eugenio/Torviscas than Las Americas) for bars, eating, supermarkets, shopping. Its round the corner from a taxi rank and 5 mins drive from Siam Park. The complex is lovely, pool is lovely and not too busy. I emailed the owner on a couple of occasions and got a response really quickly every time. I also requested a late checkout and this was available which was great for us as our flight wasnt until 10pm The improvements (no negatives or bad stuff for us) The apartment is a little dated in places and needs a little bit of TLC particularly the broken tile in the ensuite which is sharp under foot. The thing we struggled most with was the lack of air con. I knew this when i booked so not an issue on the owners part but it was 29 and 30 degrees so it was hot hot hot and getting cool was an issue. There are fans in the apartment which we used but didnt quite hit the mark with it being so hot. Would i use this apartment again in cooler times of the year, absolutely. Its a lovely apartment in a great location with an owner who obviously cares about the customer experience and responds to your enquiries really quickly.

Great apartment

Such a lovely apartment & it has everything you need, very clean comfortable & spacious, i found the beds quite firm but comfortable, there are plenty of towels & bedding & a washing machine if you need it, it did say there was a coffee machine, but couldnt find it, but it wasnt a problem, we did contact the owner about a late checkout as we had a late flight, & it wasnt a problem,the beds round the pool are very uncomfortable, some had mats but i think people had brought them from the apartments.... if i had to make a small criticism, it would be that the on-suite was a bit smelly, like bad drains & was very dark & there was a badly cracked tile on the floor, we contacted the owner about it ( i didnt want him to think we had done it) he said he was going to fix it, we will definatly stay again.

Excellent apartment - very well equipped, large balcony. Heated pool popular with children and adults. Sunbeds a little crude and NO SHADE. Sun umbrellas would be useful. Resort much louder and competing Karaoke bars were frankly annoying as were drowning each ither out with a 'wall of noise' . The authorities should seriously consider limiting the volumes for each individual bar. I'm really not a fuddy daddy about this stuff, but when yiure sat at a bar with sift music, but uts being drowned out by some guy trying (badly) to belt out 'Our House - Madness, but the other Karaoke bar has a lady screaming 'I will survive' - Gloria Gaynor, and a third has 'Smells like Teen Spirit' - Nirvana All merging into a cacophony of nonsense noise, well its just plain annoying. Ratings Apartment - 9/10 Resort during day - 7/10 Food at restaurants - 8/10 Resort at night 2/10
