My beautiful Apartment is located in the best area in Tenerife.

IT WILL BE TOTALLY RENEWED IN MAY 2026.

There is one bedroom, bathroom, lounge with Smart TV with international channels including English and Germans channels. Wi-Fi.
An open fully equipped kitchen and a lovely relaxing sunny terrace with ocean view. Washing machine, Dishwasher and air conditioning are available.

Bed linen and towels are provided on the arrival. Its the perfect apartment for couples (No more than two people).

There is one swimming pool and a small pool for children.
The apartment is just 5 minutes walking from the beachs, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shopping malls and from the best entertainment in the south of the island.

Free private parking, subject to availability, is available on site. A coin-operated communal dryer is also available.

Before your arrival, I will give you all the information to access the apartment. It's appreciated the communication of a mobile phone for for instant messaging contacts.

IMPORTANT: Before your the owner must have a copy of passport (of the person who booked), residential address, email address and the details of both your flights (number and time).
Upon your arrival all your passports will be registered (Royal Decree 933/2021).

This apartment is self-catering. The residence's restaurant and bar are not available.
Excellent restaurants, charming bars, and well-stocked supermarkets (including Mercadona) are within walking distance.

Great location

Apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Fantastic location clise to beaches, restaurants and bars. Large Mercadano nearby, shopping trolley provided which is a bonus. Wifi great, air conditioning works well and a very good powerful shower. Communication with owner is very good and we hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect

The apartment is in an ideal location close to all amenities. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are all on the doorstep. The apartment was perfect for two of us and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The complex has a lovely pool area with plenty sunbeds available. Olimpia was a great host keeping in touch at all times. She arranged our transfers from and to the airport which was ideal. We will definitely be back.

Just got back from a weeks stay in this apartment, we had a wonderful stay it was clean and very comfortable in an ideal location, Olympia was amazing at keeping us well informed and even messaged to see how things were, can’t fault anything would also recommend the transfer prompt and very friendly, would highly recommend this apartment

Beautiful location right by the beach

The apartment was lovely and clean everything we needed for the week we were there. Olimpia the owner was lovely and very helpful making sure we knew when to fill out the locator forms and organising transport for us to and from the airport.

Everything you need - plus good location

This small apartment is located at the end of Adeje close to Las Americas with no hills to climb and close to all amenities. There are a few steps up to apartment. The apartment has a two ring hob, oven fridge and washing machine and has all the crockery you need. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony had a great view of the sea. Although towels were provided they were on the small side -no towels are provided for the beach or pool. No sure how this apartment would be in the height of the summer as their is no air conditioning but there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a free standing fan in the lounge. Property Manager was very helpful and made finding the apartment a breeze and check in was easy, with an added surprise of a bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived. I would definitely use this apartment again

Wie beschrieben!

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage, mit Meerblick! Man ist nah am Meer, nah am Geschehen. Restaurants findet man direkt um die Ecke und man ist direkt an der Promenade. Zum Strand ist es ebenfalls nur ein Spaziergang. Es war außerdem nicht laut und wir haben gut geschlafen, auch wenn das Bett für uns etwas schmal war. Jedoch wäre das für uns kein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Außerdem sind die vielen Ventilatoren sicher in den Sommermonaten hilfreich (ich habe wirklich noch nie so viele Ventilatoren in einer FeWo aufgefunden!). Wir würden wieder kommen!

Great place, great location.

This apartment was absolutely ideal for our break in Tenerife. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the location is ideal. There is a supermarket and plenty places to eat nearby and a view of the sea from the balcony. It really is a good place to stay and very comfortable. We literally booked this less than 24 hours before we flew out and the communication with the owner was brilliant.
