Bi-folding patio doors separate the sun-kissed terrace and living area which holds a lush corner suite sofa with 80 inch TV, perfect for cosy movies nights! Adjacent to the living area, a fully equipped luxury kitchen/diner boasting state of the art appliances including a wine fridge and a breakfast bar for 4. All bedrooms have TVs and offer a serene sanctuary for rest and relaxation. The accommodation is fully air conditioned throughout.

Outside, blissful warmth awaits on the front terrace. Recline on comfortable sun loungers sipping on your favourite beverage and take dip in the bubbling hot tub. This terrace also features a kitchenette complete with a BBQ and a dining area. There is also a rear terrace with comfy patio furniture, from here you can access the communal pool area where guests are welcome for a refreshing swim.

Situated on the popular complex of Tegueste in Costa Adeje (Fanabe). The sandy beaches of Fanabe/Puerto Colon is only 200 meters away and offers a large selection of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, amusements arcades and lively entertainment if required. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything the area has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. Playa De Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 5 minute drive from the accommodation.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.
