Nestled in the very heart of Callao Salvaje, Villa Allegra is the ideal Canarian getaway. At car optional, this villa is within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and the sandy beach 'Playa de Ajabo'. Located in the very heart of the resort, you're not far from the action. Alternatively, relaxing days poolside can be had back at the villa. The terraces is brimming with floral scents and exotic shrubs that'll whisk you away into your very own tropical oasis. There's a covered alfresco dining area and brick-built BBQ for your tapas lunches, a bar area and cosy reading corner, and your very own heated* pool. As an added bonus, pool heating is included during the months November to May, and complimentary pool towels for the duration of your stay. 
As you walk through the front door, you'll come to a small hallway, where a door to the left takes you into the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and breakfast bar. In front of the hallway is the open-plan living room and dining area, bright and airy with patio doors and cool air conditioning. To the right of the living room you'll find a hallway where all four bedrooms reside. There's one twin room with access to a family shower room and three ensuite doubles with private ensuites.

To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide and 15 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm. The width of the door leading to the pool terrace is 100cm wide, whilst the terrace and pool are open plan and flat. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. The bedroom doors are all 70cm wide, whilst the master shower room has a door width of 70cm.
