The staff were great and the room very clean. There was no in house dining, the car park didn’t feel safe and there was homeless people picking up used cigarette butts on the premises.

We stayed in the family room at Finsbury for 1 night. received 2 drinks vouchers and complimentary bottled water in the room. Rooms are accessed through a separate door to the pub. The pub was quiet the night we stayed so we had a nice quiet night. Room was spacious and clean and staff were friendly and we had several nice conversations with the staff. Would stay again if we are back in that area in Adelaide. There is also security outside the pub after 9pm and we returned at night and it was perfectly safe to enter through the side door.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Would be better if the Bistro were up and running, but enjoyed the Vietnamese restaurant just down the street.

Well placed for night on the way through Adelaide
Great check in service, given a voucher for a free drink at the bar. Free parking on site. Quiet from bay downstairs but some road noise. Vietnamese restaurant across road very handy

We are very disappointed and wasted an extra $115 that couldver been used better. Dont stay here. We gave this place a chance depsite reviews and we shoupdve trusted our gut. The outside looks safe and pleasant but the moment we entered we were met with incredibly RUDE staff. Our room was dirty? The walls were covered in fingerprints and werent finished with painting. Our sheets werent clean either. We booked for 2 nights and ended up leaving after one night, we felt very uncomfortable amd couldnt wait to leave! All night we heard people doing the nasty and it was just really awkward and unnerving with how the staff interacted with us.

I am trying to refund to you the $115 that you paid and did not stay but staff did not get your credit card details ,another mistake by them. Location and cost was good for a our needs. Only negative was other noisy guests until very late at night. Not hotels fault.

Great place. The hotel itself is modern and huge! The room was a little dated but the bathroom was modern and clean. The bed could do with updating but the linen was glorious. Would recommend, even if its a bit out of town.

Good location for us as our son lives in St Clair. Service staff were friendly. Bed was too soft for me but my partner liked it. Would stay again.

New, Clean, Fantastic Room, No LIFT!!!
Fantastic rooms - clean, new and comfortable. In the Vietnamese area so lots of Pho and Bahn Mi with a small nearby and Chemist right across from it. Above a tab / pokies and a liqueur shop so you would need to cut through it to get to the check in counter. My major problem was that there isn't a lift so you need to lug your stuff up 2 flights of stairs. Also reception is from 8am to 2pm, I was waiting at the door for my Uber and was a little spooked by a drunk man who was about to approach me and then decided otherwise.
