“Everything is goood, except food”

“Not too far from lonovala. Right next door to park. Room & bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was great & plentiful! Lots of choices to choose from! Made to order omlets, dosas, etc. 9am there was a musical parade of characters. Everyone enjoyed....even my mom! Lol. ”

“Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient. However, one of the senior receptionist proved to be helpful throughout with driver and some fake police issues. Rooms were sufficiently large and comfortable but linen were not exactly clean. “Breakfast didn't have much options when we received for the 2nd day. We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day. ”

“A 4BHK villa at such a reasonable rate was an amazing deal. The stay was very cozy, very well kept. Amenities were good too. Check in time is 1pm, please be aware and not refer it from Expedia’s website which says 10am. Something to take away from it is after checking in, please check all the ACs if they’re working (2 of them were not working when we checked in), check kitchen hygiene (we spotted cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets) and miscellaneous stuff like whether the door handles are not...
