“I like the large 1 and 2 bedroom condos for traveling because of the convenience and space. Breakfast food was good too original too.”

“While this is a beautiful hotel, the management drastically needs to coordinate their weddings better. Because of poor event planning, we were completely blocked from getting our car out of valet, which ultimately forced us to pay out of pocket for an Uber just to leave the property. For a resort of this caliber, the logistics should be handled much more seamlessly. Please do better.”

“O quarto era ok mas sem muito luxo. A porta do banheiro é de vidro e de correr . Não veda totalmente . A Tv tem imagem bem ruim. Não conseguimos conectar nosso celular via USB na TV. O chuveiro é antigo . Apesar de ser simples o quarto é bem limpo. O café da manhã tem ovos, hambúrguer, pão, iogurte , cream cheese, pão de queijo, coxinha, cokies e mini churros !! Tem maçã e banana também . Tem uma máquina de waffle que você pode fazer com sírup. A noite eles tem pizza se você quiser pedir”

“I stayed there for four nights and they didn’t clean the rooms once even when I asked they fixed the bed and took the trash out, bathrooms are small and not maintained, flyers in the kitchen, elevators stuck many times and we had to use stairs, laundry room dirty and the property over all smells bad. Worst place I ever stayed in.”
