“This is not my first day at this facility. I stay there because it’s convenient in the past has been very well. This is my first issue with them, there was a maintenance problem in my room a safety issue, which was not addressed. They’ve gone to charting for parking, but I don’t understand.”

“The staff was great and kindly helped us with a refund. The hotel is disgusting! There were burn marks in the chairs, walls were all messed up, bathroom and bed looked very dirty. We weren't comfortable staying there and found another hotel. Conditions are more for pay by the hour rooms if you know what I mean. I can only imagine what you'd see with a black light. Don't recommend staying here. Photos don't look anything like what it looks like in person.”

“The staff were excellent-friendly, attentive and responsible. The elevator was broken down twice and I was on 3rd floor, almost 70 y/o with bad back. Needed microwave to heat medical eye pads and had to walk up/down 3 flights and try keep pads warm enuf. Finally, nice staff found a microwave for my room. Even elevator guys were friendly. And doors were very loud and sticky to open and close”

“Lobby and halls were dirty and not maintained… doors to outside wouldn’t close and not secure. Room had broken chair and TV didn’t work”
