“Under staffed in evenings. I was over charged. Staff didn’t show up and people couldn’t check into their rooms because no one worked there at night. Our room would not cool below 78. No maid service in four days but I did the cleaning. Breakfast not well stocked and a problem due to no employees.”

The bed and breakfast was exceptionally clean, quaint, and quiet, making it a nice place to relax and unwind. Parking was easy, with plenty of available street parking nearby. “It’s a best western. Outside of the staff being great, it is exactly what it’s is and will ever be.”

“Its not bad really for the price. Room was a little old and beat down but it was pretty clean. Neighbors were loud but I guess that’s not the motels fault.”

“This is a “dressed up” low level hotel. Well below normal IHG standards. The hotel was at least half empty. They evidently hadn’t checked the room: tv didn’t work and no soap in the shower. Also, the shower door was incorrectly installed, allowing water to pour onto the floor, and whoever picked out the bedside lights didn’t take into account that a normal person can turn them on or off while in bed. Cute concept; poorly executed.”
