“Was here for Dollywood, but we so enjoyed the room and property. Wish we were there longer and while the pools were open. Fun, comfortable. Our room which was just double beds, was outstanding! Everyone working there was over the top nice. My only complaint was that the coffee was very weak.”

“We got there late and older woman was at the desk. I can’t say enough good about how kind and accommodating she was to my family. She even played with my toddler while getting us checked in. The whole vibe of the lobby is cozy and welcoming. Lots of guests sat on the couches and chairs just to congregate and watch tv together. Breakfast buffet saved us SO much money and they have everything you could want. The man who seemed to be in charge of the kitchen would come out and talk to everyone at...

“Our fourth stay at this property and it just keeps getting better. Always so clean, staff is always so friendly and accommodating… makes us feel at home. Convenient to everything, but not in the middle of everything, so you can go out on the balcony and enjoy the ducks swimming and playing in the river. Fireplace was nice on those cool mornings…”
