“Excellent value. Stylish, Spartan, clean. Breakfast is good. Location was excellent for events in the NW suburbs of Chicago. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Parking is no problem.”

“The breakfast food, choices & staff were wonderful. Very clean & fully stocked & fresh/hot. The main complaint would be, on Sunday evening, we went to the pool as usual, but Sunday, the hot tub was FILTHY & the pool was over chlorinated. The water was so cloudy in the pool & the hot tub, you could see dirt & when turned oned on, it stirred up dirt, smelled & no bubbles, just foam. The other thing would be the pool water for the 3 days was cold. One last thing, not enough outlets for plugging...

“Breakfast was cereal only(raisin bran, fruitloops and instant oatmeal) coffee and apple juice. Disappointed! Room and beds were nice, bathroom needed a little an attention for age and cleanliness. The refrigerator was noisy. ”

“The staff was nice and patient. I asked for extra towels and they offered to deliver. We then had a tv that didn't work and the front desk woman checked the tv in another room for us before assisting us with moving. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options and plenty of room to sit comfortably. ”

“Staff is always great. It’s right outside the city so it’s less noise and safe for kids. We traveled from out of state, bad weather hit our state and we had to extend our trip. They were super accommodating in making things work! I always choose this location when traveling to Chicago. They’re the best. ”
