Holiday cottage with a 90-degree sea view
Welcome to this charming summer house from 1867.
The property is located at the end of a quiet road, close to forests, fields, and water.
The house has been continuously renovated and offers a fine combination of historic charm and simple convenience.
With 120 m², the house provides plenty of space for relaxation and coziness.
One of the summer house’s greatest qualities is the view of the Baltic Sea and Funen.
The summer house sits on a large nature plot of approximately 2500 m², planted with trees and bushes. There are several sheltered corners surrounded by shrubs and trees that can be used as terraces when needed. Fruit from the trees and bushes is free to eat.
For those who wish to explore the local area or need public transportation, the nearest bus stop is at the end of the road, about 1.5 km from the property.
The buses on Ærø are free, and from the larger bus stops, it is possible to take your bike on the bus.
Groceries can be bought at the local shop in Tranderup (about 4 km away), and larger shopping can be done in Søby, Ærøskøbing, and Marstal.
