This is a wonderful place to boat, fish, and bird watch..

-What you’ll LOVE-
• This lake home is waterfront with no stairs
• There is ample level parking right next to side door and boat trailer parking on grass next to road.
• Large deck with 3 table and chair sets.
• Dock great for fishing and tying up your boat to dock, and using swim ladder to swim in lake.
• Smoking allowed on deck only

Pet(s) allowed with pet fee(s) of $50 , under 50lbs, & on leash outside. Notify me if your bringing 2 pets.

Bedroom 1 Master with queen bed, bath, and washer & dryer (TV streaming apps & DVD player)
Bedroom 2 Happy Place with queen bed/ twin cot in closet for living room. (TV with streaming)
Bedroom 3 Shark room with queen bed (TV streaming apps & DVD and PlayStation 2 with games)
Sleeping area in Living room on queen sleeper sofa. Also, inflatable mattresses if needed.

LIVINGROOM AND KITCHEN
This is an open floor plan with living room, kitchen with island, and dining room combined. Dining and bar seats 8 people.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, wine and drinking glasses. Also has small appliances like can opener, coffee makers, toaster, blender, mixer, toaster oven, George Foreman grill, and Crockpot.
Fireplace has electric insert for warmth and realistic flames.

INTERNET
We have highest speed fiber optics internet available 500 MEG for WIFI to stream apps on TV including Live TV and football games, also 3 DVD players and large assortment of DVDs for both children and adults.

OUTDOOR SPACE/DECK
If you like to BBQ there a propane grills ready to use on the deck.
Grassy area is great for corn hole.
Ready to enjoy a cool evening? There's a fire pit will keep you warm. Please bring your own wood.
Smoking allowed on deck only.

Dock is easy walk without stairs and gentle slop from deck.

Boats can tie up on dock or ask for boat slip

Great Vacation Spot!

I wish I could give more than five stars! The home is beautiful and in a gorgeous setting. Dave and Sue were great hosts and did everything possible to help us make the most of our vacation. Great communication!The Home had every thing you need for a vacation. Lots of fun things for kids to do. The outdoor deck was gorgeous and spacious.Easy access to the water and a boat dock.Do not hesitate to book this vacation home, especially if you like boating and fishing!!!

Family Vacation

This is my opportunity to get the family together, my two daughters, their respective spouses, and my two 12 year old grandsons. The cabin was fully stocked with supplies, games to play at night, and things to ride in the lake when we were not boating. Everyone loved the place and want to come back.

Amazing View, Boat Access, & Stay!!

Susan and Dave have a beautiful hidden gem on the lake. Beautiful decore, big kitchen island bar for spreading out buffet style meals, back deck big and toddler friendly. We had a Tritoon boat that fit easily in the slip. Dave met my son and daughter-in-law upon arrival and Susan was just a text away making sure everything was ok. It was better than Ok!!! We loved it!! 3 couples and a baby had plenty of room.

Well managed enjoyable place to stay.

Property was clean and well maintained. Hosts were friendly and available for questions. No steps and easy access to covered boat dock. They provided towels, shampoo, suntan lotion, soaps, kitchen supplies, and various treats. Thanks for making are stay enjoyable.

BEST FALL BREAK GETAWAY!

From the moment I booked this property, Susan was in contact with me. She was so helpful. We are new to renting through VRBO and really didn't know what to expect. She made everything so easy. She was also helpful with things to do and placed to eat. The property is immaculate and is appointed with most anything a family would need for their stay. The house is beautifully decorated, and the beds are so comfy. If you have time for any movie watching, there are plenty of streaming choices in the family area as well as the bedrooms. Susan has shelves of books, DVDs and a drawer full of games and cards to keep everyone busy. The boat dock is easily accessed and so is the house. I just really can't say enough about this rental and Susan and Dave. We had a wonderful time and are planning another trip here for the summer. Thanks again Susan and Dave for having us!

We stayed Monday-Friday and didn't want to leave! The house was equipped with everything we needed and more! The hosts were available for any questions we had and checked in on us a few times! Highly recommend and hope to be back!!

Our adventure

The property was very much just as advertised. Everything was very well stocked, even things you wouldn't expect to find in a vacation home. The weather wasn't very cooperative, resulting in a power outage that lasted several hours. Dave made sure we kept the refrigerator going so as not to spoil all the food. Thank you so much for looking out for us this weekend. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again!

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay even though it rained on our last full day. The house was equipped with everything that we wanted. The grill was doing something odd, so Dave and Susan let us use their personal one which we thought was very convenient! Susan is very responsive to messages which was so appreciated! Short family getaway

This is by far the best property we have ever stayed at! They have thought of everything! You feel so at home with all of the personal touches. We rented a boat for 8 hours from H2O rentals and we had an amazing 3 nights. The owners of the property are the nicest and there are so many fun water toys and dock to fish from! Just loads of fun!
