“I've been agadir serval times. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Theirs no iron, moved rooms 3 times due to their being an air conditioning fault. Iron service is a joke. Promised me it will be done in 30 minutes and it was dropped off to me after 6 hours. The clothes were more straightened once they left from the washing machine then when the staff ironed it. While leaving the hotel it took the staff 45 mins to give us our luggage which lead to us nearly missing our flight. The key cards...

“Hotel molto bello negli arredi,piscine e giardini . Peccato la stanza, materasso vecchio e sfondato, quindi qualità del sonno pessima, inoltre la stanza aveva un forte odore di fumo.”

“The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount.”
