Hotel in zona Agate Beach, Newport

“Hotel is very clean and staff are very gracious and helpful. We stayed in blue room and temperature management in room was a little tricky with fluctuations in temperature outside. Shower is open and very close to tub so with placement of head made for a sadly awkward shower in a beautiful space. No door to shower also made it quite cold as the bathroom is so large it didn't steam up very quickly. While the bathroom is beautiful, it was not a great shower. “This is my new favorite place to stay at the coast! The property is so beautiful, the condos are spacious, and I loved the ocean view in the nook! The built in Bluetooth speakers throughout the place was one of my favorite things. Check in was easy, they are pet-friendly, and the beach is only steps away and not crowded at all. ”

“The office closes early so if you arrive after 5:00pm you can’t get ice and need to phone for any emergency That is my only negative. ”

“ Staff (Peggy) was very friendly and accommodating. Family and I used to come fairly often 25-30 years ago. Nice to see they have the same themed rooms. As always, being right on the ocean front, dealing with sand and TLC for the property is a constant job. I spent four nights there and really enjoyed myself. There was a time a number of years ago when they no longer allowed children. Not sure that is still the case, but would be worthwhile to check. ”

“The room had tape on the floor witch was a tripping hazard. They was hair in the tub. The chair was falling apart and the bed had had metal hook that was hanging out and grandson and husband ran it to them. ”

“It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . “Hotel con camere tutte vista mare e spiaggia, non ha una hall (tipo motel) ma le cmere sono spaziose e pulite, molto bella la terrazzina che dà verso il mare. La colazione viene fornita al sacco (quindi solo robe fredde e confezionate) e si fa in camera. Nel complesso una buona scelta”
