“I left àt 1 am , Wi-Fi bad , ac bad , the tv didnt work ànd I saw a mouse .”

“The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We didn’t make it to the pool. The buffet was actually great but the pub was disappointing. They had a set menu with very limited options. It would be nice to have more options than just sandwiches.”

“I had a 2 night stay to visit my niece at the hospital down the road. This front desk staff was about as friendly and as lovely as any hotel I have ever stayed at. They could not have been nicer ! I really enjoyed my stay here”

“The only thing this place had was a comfortable bed. Customer service was non existent. Waited 5 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. No bell to ring. When asked where I could park he pointed to the front area. When I got to my room I found out the was parking in the back closer to my room and stairs. Get in the room and the fridge was filthy! Left over used butter stick. Splatter of who knows what inside. Tried to call the front desk. Guess what?? No one answered. Tried 3 different...

“This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. I loved the location as it was very close to the airport. The hotel was very dirty especially the bathrooms and the pillows were cushions. I had to go out and purchase my owns pillows. I will not stay here again.”

“There are not enough words to explain how disgusting and dirty and repulsive everything and that hotel was, the sheets were not clean. The bedspread was stained with human fluids. The TV remote control was broken. There was bugs on the sink, cigarette stains all over the tub. The toilet was dirty, and that was the first room we went into and then the second room was exactly the same however, the tack strip that attaches the rug in the threshold of the bathroom was exposed, and I stepped on it...
