This apartment villa has a living room with sofa bed communicating with the kitchen completely renovated in 2018 and very well equipped (1 refrigerator-freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 oven, 1 classic coffee maker with filter and 1 maximix coffee maker, 1 electric plate 4 burners), 1 plancha is available for your grills, 1 toilet only is on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find 1 bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed in 140 and wall cupboard, 1 second bedroom with 2 single beds in 90.

The TV in the living room only has French channels.

Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are at the disposal of travellers as well as duvets and pillows and cleaning kits.
