- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Shower room with shower, WC and heated towel rail

Outside area:
- The residence has an unheated communal swimming pool with two pools: a large pool and a paddling pool. The pool is open from the end of April to October and is fully fenced to ensure safety (dates non-contractual). During the season, a lifeguard supervises swimming.
- A 4 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Agde, in a quiet, gated residence with a caretaker all year round. A stone's throw from Parc Lano. The town centre is just a 10-minute walk away, as is access to the naturist centre.
