Located 200 m from the beach, the "Les Cormorans" residence is 700 m from the resort center (via the footbridge) and 150 m from Rue de la Flânerie. This residence is close to the picturesque Grande Conque beach and Môle beach.

This first-floor holiday apartment, perfect for a couple with one or two children, includes a living room with a double Murphy bed (140x190cm) with a sofa and television, a sleeping alcove with two single bunk beds (90cm), an open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric coffee maker, microwave, oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and vacuum cleaner, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

There is no private parking space for this apartment, but you will find a small parking lot opposite and a larger public parking lot 250m away.

TV (French channels only).

Usuals such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are provided, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.

The apartment does not have Wi-Fi.

Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if needed. Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.

Towels: €10 per person.

Baby cot rental: €13 per week.
